This policy explains what information we collect through jeffreyrands.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain English. If anything is unclear, email us at Contact@TRCSuccess.com.

Who we are

jeffreyrands.com is operated by TRC, LLC, doing business as TRC Success Partners, a business advisory and executive coaching firm based in Las Vegas, Nevada, led by Jeff Rands. This policy also covers trcsuccess.com, which we operate. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean TRC Success Partners.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, company name, and title.
• Business information such as your industry, revenue range, and number of employees.
• Assessment answers. When you take the CEO Growth Scorecard or another TRC assessment, we collect your responses and the scores they produce, including any comments you choose to add.
• Messages and scheduling details when you email, text, or call us, or book a conversation through our online scheduling page.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and security providers automatically receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you view. We use this to keep the site secure and working properly. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your information to advertisers.

How we use your information

• To deliver your scorecard or assessment results by the method you choose.
• To respond to your questions and schedule conversations you request.
• To follow up with insights, resources, and invitations related to our advisory services, peer advisory groups, and events, if you agreed to hear from us.
• To remind you to finish an assessment you started.
• To understand, in aggregate, the challenges business owners face, so we can improve our programs. Any results we share publicly are combined and never identify you or your company.
• To operate, secure, and improve our websites, and to meet legal obligations.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

If you choose to receive your results by text, or otherwise agree to receive text messages from us, these terms apply.

• What you’ll receive: your scorecard results, a reminder if you started but did not finish an assessment, and occasional follow-up messages from Jeff Rands / TRC Success Partners about our advisory services, peer advisory groups, and invitations to schedule a conversation. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
• Frequency: message frequency varies, typically 2 to 6 messages per month.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out anytime: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us at Contact@TRCSuccess.com or (702) 428-9151.
• Consent is not required to buy anything. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase. You can always choose email instead.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is the service providers that help us send messages, who may use it solely to deliver them on our behalf.

Email

If you choose to receive your results by email, or otherwise agree to hear from us by email, we may send your results, follow-up insights, and invitations. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing Contact@TRCSuccess.com. Even after you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still reply to messages you send us.

Who we share information with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these limited cases:

• Service providers that help us run our business, such as Microsoft 365 (email, scheduling, and secure storage), Cloudflare (website hosting and security), and Textmagic (text message delivery). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Legal requirements, when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is needed to protect our rights or the safety of others.
• Business changes. If TRC Success Partners is reorganized, merged, or sold, your information may transfer to the successor under this same policy.
• With your permission, for example if you ask us to introduce you to another professional.

Client and peer group confidentiality

This policy covers information collected through our websites, assessments, and marketing. What clients share in coaching sessions, advisory engagements, and peer advisory group meetings is also governed by the confidentiality terms of the client agreement or group membership agreement.

How long we keep information

We keep your information as long as we have a business relationship or a reason to stay in touch, and as needed for legal, accounting, or record-keeping purposes. We keep records of your text message consent and opt-outs as long as required to show we honored them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

How we protect information

We use reputable, secure service providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access controls to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit who can see it.

Your choices and rights

• Stop texts: reply STOP.
• Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link or email us.
• See, correct, or delete your information: email Contact@TRCSuccess.com and we will respond within 30 days.
• Nevada residents: Nevada law gives you the right to opt out of the sale of certain personal information. We do not sell personal information, but you may still send an opt-out request to Contact@TRCSuccess.com and we will confirm it.

Children

Our websites and services are intended for business owners and professionals. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Links to other websites

Our sites link to other websites and services, such as our online scheduling page and trcsuccess.com. Third-party sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use information you already gave us, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
